Professor Robert Cunningham
Curtin University, Australia 

Keynote Title: Information Governance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Professor Robert Cunningham is Dean and Head of Curtin Law School, barrister within Murray Chambers, a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and National Law Lead of the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre. In his barrister practise within Murray Chambers he specialises in Federal Court matters with an emphasis on matters such as corporate law, consumer protection, native title and intellectual property.

In academia Robert’s pursuits have mainly focused on how the law interfaces with international trade, ecological sustainability and information governance. Robert is the author of Information Environmentalism: a governance framework for intellectual property rights published open access by Edward Elgar. He continues making teaching contributions in areas such as Corporate Law, Information Governance and World Trade Organisation Law.
